This Morning Outside

Near the garden birdhouse at Birdwatching Dot Com
Fairfield, Iowa

Within a day or two, the baby eastern bluebirds will fledge from their nestbox in the garden at Birdwatching Dot Com. This morning one of the nestlings was peeking out of the entrance hole as I walked by.

Their father loaded up on mealworms to feed their enormous hunger.
