This Morning Outside

As the sun rose, female downy woodpecker was breakfasting at the upside down suet feeder. When male downy woodpecker (with red on his head) arrived, a discussion ensued. Female punctuated her claim with spread wings and tail.

The result of the discussion was that male departed. Female resumed muching the suet.
